The Law of Attraction is a principle that suggests that the universe responds to the energy and thoughts that people put out. In essence, it states that people attract into their lives what they focus on and believe in consciously or unconsciously. Everything in the universe, including thoughts and emotions, is made up of energy and has a specific vibration or frequency. The Science of Vibration in the Law of Attraction refers to the idea that our thoughts and emotions have a measurable energetic frequency that can attract similar frequencies into our lives.

In other words, the Law of Attraction states that we attract what we focus on, and what we focus on is determined by the vibration of our thoughts and emotions. If we consistently think and feel positively, we will emit a high-frequency vibration that attracts positive experiences and circumstances into our lives. Conversely, if we think and feel negatively, we will emit a low-frequency vibration that attracts negative experiences and circumstances.

For example, if you constantly think about how much you hate your job, you are likely to continue experiencing dissatisfaction and frustration in your work. However, if you shift your focus to the aspects of your job that you enjoy and start visualizing a more fulfilling career path, you may begin to attract new opportunities that align with your desires.

There is scientific evidence to support the idea that everything in the universe vibrates at a specific frequency. For example, quantum physics has shown that subatomic particles vibrate at different frequencies, and this affects the way they interact with each other. Additionally, the human body emits an electromagnetic field, which can be measured using sensitive equipment.

New Thought Movement

The Law of Attraction is often associated with the New Thought movement. The New Thought movement is based on the idea that individuals have the power to create their own reality through their thoughts and beliefs. It teaches that our thoughts and emotions have a powerful influence on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Therefore, by changing our thoughts and beliefs, we can improve our lives and achieve our goals.

The New Thought movement also emphasizes the importance of personal responsibility and self-improvement. It encourages individuals to take control of their own lives and to develop a positive mindset that will enable them to overcome challenges and achieve success.

Overcome the ‘Void’

In the Law of Attraction, “void” typically refers to a state of emptiness or lack, in which an individual feels a sense of absence or scarcity in their life. This can manifest in a variety of ways, such as a lack of money, love, success, or happiness. If someone is constantly thinking about and feeling a sense of void or lack, they may continue to attract more of the same into their life.

When there is a void or a lack of clarity in our intention, it can create difficulty in manifesting our desired outcome. This is because the universe responds to the energy and vibration that we are emitting, and if we are sending mixed signals or unclear intentions, the universe may have a hard time understanding what it is that we truly want.

Furthermore, when there is a void, it can also be an indicator of underlying negative beliefs or emotions that are blocking our ability to manifest. For example, if we have a belief that we are unworthy of receiving what we desire, or if we have a fear of failure or disappointment, these negative emotions can create a void that makes it difficult for the law of attraction to work in our favour.

Therefore, in order to effectively manifest through the law of attraction, it’s important to identify and address any underlying negative beliefs or emotions, and to have a clear and focused intention that is aligned with our true desires.

Alignment of Thoughts is Challenging

Aligning our thoughts in line with the Law of Attraction can be a challenging task for several reasons such as:

  • Unconscious limiting beliefs: Many of us have unconscious limiting beliefs that we have picked up throughout our lives. These beliefs can sabotage our efforts to manifest what we want because they create a negative self-image and prevent us from seeing opportunities that are available to us.
  • Lack of awareness: Sometimes, we may not even be aware of our own negative thoughts and beliefs. We may be so used to thinking in a certain way that it feels natural and we don’t question it. Without awareness of our thoughts and beliefs, it’s hard to change them.
  • Negative influences: We are constantly bombarded with negative news, social media, and other sources of negativity that can be difficult to avoid. It’s important to be mindful of the information we consume and how it affects our thoughts and emotions.
  • Impatience: The Law of Attraction requires patience and trust that the universe will bring us what we want at the right time. If we’re not seeing immediate results, we may become frustrated and give up before we have a chance to see our desires manifest.
  • Lack of focus: It’s easy to get distracted by daily life and lose sight of our goals and desires. To align our thoughts with the Law of Attraction, we need to maintain a consistent focus on what we want and stay committed to our intentions.
  • Emotional blocks: Emotions such as fear, doubt, and anxiety can create energetic blocks that prevent us from aligning with the Law of Attraction. It’s important to recognize and process these emotions in a healthy way so that we can release them and open ourselves up to positive experiences.
  • Lack of belief: If we don’t truly believe that the Law of Attraction works, it can be difficult to align our thoughts with it. It’s important to cultivate a sense of faith and trust in the universe and our own ability to manifest what we want.
  • Resistance to change: Sometimes, we may resist change even if it’s for the better. We may be comfortable with our current circumstances or fear the unknown. It’s important to recognize and release this resistance so that we can move forward towards our goals.
  • Unrealistic expectations: If we have unrealistic expectations about what we can manifest or how quickly we can do it, we may become discouraged or give up altogether. It’s important to set realistic goals and be patient with the manifestation process.
  • Lack of self-care: Taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally is essential for aligning with the Law of Attraction. If we’re not taking care of ourselves, we may have a hard time maintaining a positive mindset and attracting positive experiences.

Aligning thoughts requires a level of faith and trust in the universe or a higher power. It can be challenging to maintain a positive mindset when the desired outcome is not immediately visible or tangible. It requires individuals to have confidence in their ability to create their own reality and to trust that the universe will support them in their efforts.

Steps to Implement the Law of Attraction

By following the below steps, one can implement the Law of Attraction in one’s life

  • Identify what you want: The first step in the Law of Attraction is to identify what you want to manifest in your life. This can be a specific goal, a relationship, a job, or anything else that you desire.
  • Visualize it: Once you have identified what you want, visualize it in as much detail as possible. Imagine yourself already having achieved your goal and feel the emotions associated with it.
  • Believe it: It’s important to believe that you can achieve your goal and that the universe will bring it to you. Eliminate any limiting beliefs or doubts that may be holding you back.
  • Express gratitude: Expressing gratitude for what you already have in your life can help you attract more positivity and abundance. Focus on the things that you are grateful for every day.
  • Monitor your thoughts: Pay attention to your thoughts and feelings throughout the day. Whenever negative thoughts or doubts arise, replace them with positive affirmations and visualizations.
  • Take inspired action: Taking action towards your goal is an essential part of the Law of Attraction process. Be open to opportunities that come your way and take inspired action towards your goal, even if it’s just small steps.
  • Release resistance: Sometimes, we may unconsciously resist what we want, which can prevent us from manifesting it. Identify any resistance you may have and release it through practices like meditation or journaling.
  • Trust the universe: Trust that the universe will bring you what you desire at the right time and in the right way. Be patient and maintain a positive attitude, even if you don’t see immediate results.

It is important to note that the Law of Attraction is not a magic formula for instant success and happiness. It requires consistent effort and a strong belief in one’s own ability to create positive change in their lives. And it also requires a willingness to take action towards one’s goals and to be open to unexpected opportunities and possibilities.
