Most of our beliefs and thoughts were formed during the period starting at 4.5 months in the womb to 7 years after birth when most of the learnings were subconscious. A child learns maximum till the age of 7 years by observing the environment, parents, siblings, friends, teachers, etc. This is the period in their consciousness has not started developing but the subconscious is working at its peak.
All the thoughts, and beliefs stored till this age impact life of these children lifelong. Many of these beliefs which children understood as true, may not be true.
Learning from Parents
Young children carefully observe their environment and download the worldly wisdom offered by parents directly into their subconscious memory. As a result, their parents’ behavior and beliefs become their own. Most of the time, parents are also not aware of the fact that each and everything, which they are doing, will impact the lives of their children.
Struggle!
If a child has seen her parents struggle throughout this early stage, then struggle becomes part of her life also. Even when they become adults & start earning good, their subconscious mind will provide situations where they will feel the struggle. If things are going well at business or at the workplace, then the struggle may start with family relationships or with friends. One or another aspect of life will most of the time have this struggle feels. This is how our subconscious mind works. It keeps on creating the situation, which you always have in your mind. What you have in your mind is a struggle!
Problem-Solving!
If children learn from their parents to solve problems, they become the master of solving problems. Now we all know the world is full of several types of problems, and only a few peoples are there who are in the business of solving the problem. As a result, you can create a great fortune! There are several successful people, who have learned this skill at a very early stage in life and used that skill to create businesses like Bill Gates (an American business magnate), and Dhirubhai Ambani (an Indian business tycoon).
One more important thing happens, when we have caring and visionary parents, the parents who were not having opportunities, but want their children to do the things which children want. The point is, those intentions must be clear at the early stage of childhood. Like if we see Sachin Tendulkar (an Indian cricketer), we also remember his childhood image with a cricket bat.
Financial Dimensions
Middle/ Lower class kids see their parents in scarcity of money. For each small or big thing, money does not come easily. Whenever they ask their parents for a toy or a cycle or pizza, the answer is ‘Beta Abhi Nahi, Abhi Paise Kam Hain’ (Kid, not this time, we are short of money) or parents suppress that demand completely. When such words come from parents, this kid understands that money is not an easy thing. Or some other words come as ‘Paise Ped Par Nahi Ugte’ (Money doesn’t grow on the tree).
Who said this, it is really ridiculous! Money grows on the tree, but that tree you need to plant. That tree can be any business system, rental property, or anything, which brings you money. If nothing is left to say, then this is the last taunt ‘Paisa Hi Sabhi Pareshani Ke Jadh Hai’ (Money is the root of all the problems). Now, this dialogue is like the last nail in the coffin, as this kid will never earn a good amount of money because he has a belief that if he earns a good amount of money, he will also have problems associated with this money.
If we can not fulfill, our children’s wishes, it’s ok as there must be some genuine reason for that. But for God’s sake don’t give negative thoughts / disempowering thoughts about money because these thoughts will create issues for that child lifelong. Believe me, many people have not understood in their lifetime, why they were not successful financially in spite of earning good, why most of the time they were having issues.
Rich Environment Effects
Now, what do rich kids learn from their parents? They have learned systems of making money by seeing their parents or other family members. For them, money was never a problem, it was flowing freely in the family. And you might have noticed that rich kids, may not be good at studying or sports but there is a high level of chance that they are good at making money or minting money. Middle / lower class think that they (rich kids) are enjoying life on their parent’s money, but many a time reality is different. They are making a good amount of money for themselves as they have learned that skill unconsciously at an early age. And this unconsciousness helps them to attain their financial goals. Once you are financially capable, you can solve not all but most of the problems with money.
The same logic of the subconscious mind applies here, whatever they had seen in childhood is controlling their life. They have understood the business concepts as a system, if that system is in place, money will pour in. So even if they are not good at academics, but they are good at developing business systems, which generates money. By this time, you might have recalled some of the rich kids, which were there in your class. Some of them were not good at exams, but now doing may be better than you financially.
Message to Parents
So, dear parents don’t feel guilty for understanding this logic of the subconscious mind so late, now you have understood this. From now onwards you can guide your children or grandchildren to change their money-limiting beliefs and replace those beliefs with financial abundance beliefs. Whatever you keep in your mind, become reality one day. So, fill your mind with peace, harmony, faith, joy, honesty, integrity, abundance, loving, kindness, and gentleness; then you will be sowing treasures in the heavens of your own mind.
“God is the source of my supply. His riches flow to me freely, copiously, and abundantly. All my financial and other needs are met at every moment of time and point of space; there is always a divine surplus.”— Joseph Murphy
