There are three types of people in the world, one who talks about other people, second type people talk mostly about incidents and the third type of people are the one who talks about new things. There are people to whom if you talk, you feel high energy. Similarly, there are other types, if you talk with them, you will feel energy drained. When I was doing my engineering, there was one school nearby. One day I was walking with my friend there, I show something interesting, each classroom door was having one written quote. I read several quotes there, but one quote which flashes in memory frequently was about the above type of people. We shall understand the impact of each group on us & which type of group is highly successful.
Group1: People who talk about others!
Whenever we meet these types of people, they are ready with several stories about other people. They know almost all the celebrities to be it actor/actress/player/politician and their upcoming movies, series, movement, vacation location, etc. They feel proud to have all this information but they forget that they are now trapped by their subconscious mind. How it works, if you are doing some good work in mobile or computer like reading or some online courses, and if some ad pop-up for any particular celebrity, they simply click that as they are following that celebrity and they need news. After watching the complete ad or trailer, they realize that they were doing some other important work just before that ad. If they are following any particular film industry celebrity, they never miss any news article about them and feel proud of that.
But what happened during this time, they lost a good amount of productive time. Then they decide not to do it again, but you know the result! This situation continued unless they break the pattern and develop a new pattern. Like if an ad pops up, they need to ask themselves to ignore it and focus on the important work. If this continues a few times, the message goes to the subconscious mind that does not entertain such ads in the future while doing some important work.
Group2: People who talk about Incident/events!
This group of people is slightly better than the previous one. They generally do not talk about people but talk about some breaking news, incidents be it positive or negative, or any other. They will talk about updates on ongoing cricket series or upcoming series, world cup schedule, movie/ series review, PM’s foreign visit, specific incident in the city, state, share market, etc. They know about the winning team & who the man of the match in particular match series. They are well aware of the fire in the Australian Jungle, even the no. of days it lasted.
These people, we can call him one short of an encyclopedia of all such stuff. They don’t care whether this is or will be useful for them in any way in life. They are also trapped by their subconscious mind. If these people are reading newspapers, their SCM will direct them towards such news. They are happy to know all this news and share them frequently. Most people belong to this particular group.
Group3: People who talk about New Ideas/Things!
The people in this group are very limited in numbers. Whenever you meet this group of people, you learn/gain something. They mostly talk about new ideas or new things. They will tell you about the book from which they have learned some important and useful lessons. Whenever you are having any issue, you prefer to discuss with him for a solution. They will discuss the new technology which can transform the lives of people. This group of people always think big and have abundance.
They will discuss the benefits of Electrical Vehicles, hydrogen fuel technology. They will tell you how to become efficient at the workplace, how to manage time, how to manage work-life balance. You wish to spend a good amount of time with this group of people.
When they are having difficulties, they work out the solution by themself or by involving other experts in that field. They can share with you why some particular company is always making a profit. It’s not that they are absolutely not talking about other people or incidents/Events, they talk but very limited. Their subconscious mind provides them information according to their choice because they become habitual for this type of stuff.
Action Plan
So, you are in which group? If you are spending most of the time in first & second group activities, then it’s time to change. If you continue there, you will face growth issues in life. It’s always wishful to be there in the third group type of people. For being there in the third group, you have to follow certain disciplines like when you are talking about other people/incidents/events, then stop immediately & engage yourself in third group activities.
It’s not easy to be there in the third group, for that you need to put extra effort. As we all know we are having limited knowledge about several important aspects of life. Then if we are not putting our effort to gain that knowledge either through education, through an expert in that field, through books then we shall not be able to jump into the third group. When we feed good thoughts/ new thoughts to our mind continuously, then our subconscious mind only supports us & shows the way ahead. With new ideas/new thoughts, you can the creator of any product or service be it small or big. If it’s initially small, you can grow it big with these useful thoughts.
If these peoples are in a powerful position, they use advanced technologies for improving their business performance in all aspects. They use it for improving productivity, reducing cycle time, reducing cost, managing harmony with all at the workplace as well as at home. All their actions are oriented towards growth. They are having good financial status or if not at an early stage they attain that very soon.
