A successful mindset is key to jump the next level in life. Many of us carry toxic thoughts and beliefs that prevent us from taking our lives to the next level and keep us stuck in our current situation. The most depressing part of this reality is that most of us are often unaware that we carry these toxic thoughts, and yet it is these thoughts and beliefs that totally control our behavior. Basically, these beliefs are stored in our subconscious mind. Unconsciously more than 90 % of our life is being controlled by this mind. These beliefs can purely be yours or influence by any other person in your family or friend circle.
We do and repeat what the people within our inner circle did. We inherit their beliefs, bad behaviors, and way of looking at life. You must be willing to carefully analyze your own thought patterns and behaviors, as well as ask yourself if the thoughts are really yours, or if they come from outside sources. It’s important to understand that upon arriving in a room, the people in that space can immediately feel your energy. If these energies are not coming from a pure space, you will drive people away from you.
Start Questioning Yourself
To question everything that’s ever happened to you, and to analyze other people’s motives and perceptions of you, is hard. It is a very lonely road, family and close friends will begin to notice the change in you and they will begin to tell you that you’ve changed and that you are no longer the same person they once knew. You may begin to notice your close friends avoid you, and it is common to feel alienated as a result of the lack of understanding. Remember that on your way to your greatness, you may not get the support from family and friends that you hope for. The reason for this is simply because they are also stuck in their own way of life, and your attempt to squeeze more out of life is causing them to feel uncomfortable.
The vast majority of people are not willing to evaluate their life and circumstances. Yet even if they do, many are not willing to change for the better. If you are willing to step up in life and live with more passion and purpose, then you have to be willing to do things differently than the way you have been. People played the victim (for the most part) throughout their life. It was just so much easier for them to blame someone else, and they thought that as long as people were around to blame, they had a way to justify their failures and shortcomings.
“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” – George Bernard Shaw
Key to Your Own Happiness
When we are children, it is our parent’s responsibility to provide shelter, food, and nurturing environment for us to thrive in. But, once we are grown, it is our own responsibility to create a fruitful life. To figure out who we are, what we really want in life, and what is it we have to offer the world, is our responsibility and we can do so by starting to wake up every day with the mindset of finding a higher frequency and vibration.
This life is the only one we will ever experience, we don’t get a do-over. It is up to each of us individually to decide how we want to live our lives, and to make the decision to step up into our true potential. I am the only one with the power to change the trajectory of my life. All along, I had been looking for an external power to correct my problems, and suddenly I realized that I have the key to my own happiness.
What a waste that would’ve been, to live an unfulfilled life! Please don’t waste your life. Of course, making big changes in your lifestyle will result in plenty of people giving you advice and telling you how to live. Remember- no one can figure out the path that makes you feel alive and complete. Don’t give the power over your life away by allowing yourself to live an unhappy existence.
Retraining Your Mind
You have absolute greatness within you, and you have a life-long responsibility to manifest that greatness. It’s like a ripple effect-once you step into your strength and goodness, you will spark a light in others to do the same. Most people are indecisive; they think about an overall goal they would like to achieve, get excited about it, but don’t follow through. Then, they become demotivated.
Most of us were programmed as children by our environment, or perhaps our parents, our elementary teachers, or the television, not to take risks and to embrace conformity. The reason why you are indecisive is that you have fear (and truly believe) that your dreams are unattainable, which creates self-doubt, and forces you to stay within your comfort zone. You will never experience true self-discovery if you don’t take risks and step out of your comfort zone. It is not easy, in fact, it’s very hard- however, one easy way to start is to commit every day to reconditioning and retraining your mind.
Real Key is Commitment
It is important to stay in motion, but the real key is commitment. You will never commit if you are not clear about what you really want to do. If you don’t make up your mind and make the decision to go back to school, look for a better job opportunity, change careers, take a cooking class, or become an entrepreneur, then you will find yourself in the same situation, doing the same exact thing with no progression years later. At that point, you will have no one to blame if you aren’t happy with where your life has gone and the only person you will have left to blame is yourself. The bottom line is this: no one can tell you how to design your life.
Start creating your goals and vision for your life. Write down everything you enjoy, the things and people that bring you joy, what turns you on, the people and places that inspire you, and what legacy you want to leave behind. Once you’ve written it out, you’re easily able to see what changes you need to make, then begin the path to finding a more enlightened and driven you.
